Time and again, I have witnessed the key to long-term, sustainable success in retail: the power, passion, and resilience of people.
Both as Global Project Manager at HUGO BOSS and Retail Director at FURLA, I achieved outstanding business results when I was equally committed to both operational retail excellence, and to the personal development of my leaders and their teams.
